Our Partners

Picasso PRO
Picasso PRO is a long-term project formed to facilitate genuine opportunity and inclusion for Deaf and disabled artists and audiences in the performing and media arts. It springs from the passionate conviction that artists and audiences with disabilities and Deaf artists and audiences, belong on Ontario and Canada’s stages and screens, among our patrons, professional staffs, teachers and cultural leaders.  Access, inclusion and audience development are cornerstones of Creative Trust’s collaboration with Picasso PRO, which has been made possible through the generous support of the Ontario Trillium Foundation’s Province-wide Program.

PAONE
The Professional Arts Organizations Network for Education (PAONE) is an essential partner in Creative Trust’s arts education activities; together we are undertaking the first survey of the range, reach and impact of arts education programs by performing arts companies in Toronto. PAONE represents a diverse group of organizations committed to the development of engaging arts experiences for young people and creating strong partnerships with educators and their communities. PAONE has provided support and networking opportunities for arts education administrators for more than 18 years, operating until recently as an informal collective.

Stand Firm
The Equity Office of the Canada Council for the Arts, whose mission is to advance the idea of equity within the arts community in Canada, is engaged in a partnership with Creative Trust to provide professional development and learning activities for approximately twenty participants in the Toronto Stand Firm Network: an initiative to support and strengthen culturally diverse arts organizations.

TAPA
The Toronto Alliance for the Performing Arts (TAPA,) is the voice of theatre, dance and opera in Toronto. A membership organization of over 175 members, it celebrates and strengthens the performing arts in Toronto; promotes and advocates on behalf of professional performing arts practitioners; and provides marketing opportunities and professional development services to its membership.  TAPA is an important partner in many of Creative Trust’s professional development workshops, and in building the marketing and audience development capabilities and impact of Toronto’s performing arts companies.

TechSoup
TechSoup Canada, the Canadian partner of TechSoup Global, helps nonprofit and social benefit organizations operate at their full potential to create positive social change through the appropriate use of technology. Creative Trust has partnered with TechSoup to make its technology seminars and courses about how to use new technologies available to Creative Trust members. Tech Soup also offers valuable assistance to nonprofit organizations, including Creative Trust members, in accessing these technologies at affordable prices.

Centre for Social Innovation
Creative Trust is one of the founding tenants of the Centre for Social Innovation, which catalyzes and supports social innovation in Toronto by creating community workspaces, incubating emerging enterprises, and developing new models and methods with world-changing potential. CSI currently runs two Toronto collocation spaces where change-makers come together and collaborate. The accessible and welcoming office and meeting spaces they provide have been central to Creative Trust’s success, and the opportunity to collaborate with other social innovators has enriched and strengthened our programs and activities.
